An eCommerce embarrassment!

Whatever you do, avoid these guys! 10 Jan 2021 - bought a battery for my JBL #16493 8 Feb - sent a follow-up - nothing 10 Feb - sent a follow-up - nothing 11 Feb - sent a follow-up - nothing 16 Feb - reply "awaiting delivery from POSTBOX" 11 Mar - follow-up 11 Mar - reply "awaiting delivery of product" 29 Mar - request credit as nothing received 29 Mar - reply "credits are paid via PAYFAST" 15 April - still nothing. No product and no credit. You guys are an embarrassment to eCommerce and the reason we all need to be cautious before using online suppliers.
