Abysmal Service

I ordered an item on 09 Nov 2021. It was allegedly in stock and would be delivered within 20 working days (by Christmas). After receipt of my order, there was no further communication. An email to them on 26 Dec 2021 went unanswered. They rep**** to an email of 02 Feb 2022 again (you cannot phone them!) and said the item would be available in March. I said this was not acceptable and requested a refund. The refund was only paid on 02 Mar 2022.
