Absolutely Disgusting Service

Please do not ever buy anything from these people. I placed an order for a laptop fan. I paid and did everything and I was told the fan would arrive in 10 to 25 days. Day 25 still nothing, I enquired I was told first week of March, which would push this waaay out of their promise. I could not wait that long and made other arrangements and requested a refund. All of a sudden they ghosted me. Their telephones cannot take calls. They have basically ****** my money. I have made numerous attempts to get this resolved and nothing happens.
