A Whopping R8247 with accounts department for 90days +

I will not use vulgar languages... I'm so tempted to. I will not name and shame the employee of PC Link. I JUST WANT MY REFUND. Order #23305. I HAVE PAID A WHOPPING R8247 on the 24th of July. In August an employee contacted me stating that I would be refunded in 15 to 20 working days. It's now 02 November. I have called, no answer. I have sent over 16 emails. All 16 replies came back as "We waiting for the accounts department, and will revert" If the CEO or manager reads this, please do the right thing and refund me.
