A rough start to a smooth finish... and one happy customer later!

I placed an order successfully, received no confirmation of payment of the order. Items weren't delivered within 2-3 business days and had to message and ask when I can expect delivery.

A couple days later I messaged them...

The same day I was messaged back by one of their sales personnel (Jaco Venter) who helped me find out about the delivery.

The delivery was soon made with no damages or problems.

From here on the communication was smooth and Jaco kept in touch to make sure everything was in order and working from the moment I received the order until everything could be tested by me and made sure everything was working correctly.
