A personal favourite
I don’t know whether I’m a fortunate soul or not, but my own experience with PC Link Computers has been nothing but positive, albeit it brief. I’ve ordered four items from them to date. All have been delivered—yes delivered—within the expected timeframe. I have no complaints. And yes, I understand others’ frustration with them, but I’m just providing my own experience. Credit where credit is due.

12 Jul 2021, 11:25As an added note, I’d just like to mention that one shouldn’t always look only at the amount of negative reviews based on negative experiences. This is because those people are probably only a small percentage of the total customers PC Link deals with. There are many customers who receive excellent service, but decide not to leave a positive review due to whatever reason. It’s just how we humans are. We are quicker to complain and vilify than to praise and vindicate. Also, the individuals that left negative reviews are likely one time customers only, while the silent majority are likely repeated customers.
