9 months later my order has not arrived!

The worste service I have ever received!

Order 1 : 12 October 2020, 2 of the 3 boxes arrived about 4 months later. Still waiting for the last box, even though the website says order fulfilled!!!!! It is now July 2021.

Order 2. : Ordered 10 February 2021 Received nothing but excuses, when someone bothers to respond to my mails.

They have used Covid as an excuse to not take phone calls.
