7 months still haven’t got my product

Ordered a Riser cable for my gaming PC in May 2020 this year, contacted the store in August after waiting for months and getting no update on their website they told me some stock has been held back but it’ll be sent to me in weeks, It’s now December 2020, 7 months later now they don’t even reply to my emails.
