6 months waiting for a refund

This company is boarding on a bunch of ******. 6 months ago I bought items from them that were to be drop shipped. these items never arrived.

After contacting them they said they will refund the money. 6 months later nothing. but tons of excuses. from a backlog of payments to the accounts person being in hospital etc. but no payment is ever made. I suspect they are waiting for me to give up.

Do not use them whatever you do. there is no after-sales support and you will be left out of pocket.

pay a bit more and use a more reputable company
