5 STAR Customer Service!!

This is probably the BEST online PC store I've ever purchased from!! While placing a late night online order, I made the error of selecting the wrong product. I emailed the sales team to alert them before dispatch occurs. As soon as their offices opened in the morning I was notified that the order was corrected and the correct item would be dispatched.

The team was so professional, friendly and just really good natured and even went to the extent of wavering the price difference between the orders.

I was blown away about the excellent customer service and the very quick response.
