49 Working Days later and no delivery or refund

I had ordered an item on the 21/02/2021, I was aware of the 10-20 working days delay. After the 20 working days had passed I had contacted their offices via email and requested more information. I was then made aware the item would only be received in their offices at the end of April. I thereafter requested a refund or some sort of consolation as the delivery date was not upheld.

The contact person was Dehan Williams, I was constantly informed that the communication was provided to their accounts department for a refund, I had not received any other information. After threatening legal action, I was informed that the terms and conditions of their website states a maximum of 45 working days. Currently I am on 49 working days and I have not received any information since 03/05/2021.

This company is a complete ****, I can attest to this from the reception I have received from their support team and the lack of services provided. They do not even uphold their own terms and conditions.
