3 months and item hasn't arrived and I get the same automated reply

3-months after ordering they can only (repeatedly) tell me that: "Kindly note we are awaiting on delivery for your order from local couriers FedEx Will advise on delivery date once we have receive feedback"

Same response over and over. They do not return with feedback.

Terrible.
