Resolved dispute

Thanks to PC International, we have finally resolved this issue and we are happy with the outcome. We came to a reasonable resolution that was not completely free, but it was in our favour - we got a better computer in the end.<br> <br> Thank you for helping to resolve the issue - looking forward to working with you in the future.
