PC International sells secondhand stuff as new!
NO RESPONSE ON MY EMAIL YOU GUYS STILL BS YOUR CLIENTS! Explain why one box was undamaged with all cords in sealed bags, but the other box was resealed with cables removed from packaging and a scratched screen with fingermarks. This scenario might work if I merely bought a used screen, but I bought two and could compare the two, one new and one used? It's a shame we'll have to wait until next year to replace it.
Please note there statement "All monitors are opened & checked for cracks before dispatching" gives them a good excuse to sell second hand stuff! They even opened the cables and tested if one of the screens work with electricity but failed to do it with the other one, there seems to be no consistency.
PC International should be avoided because they sell used and secondhand items. I purchased two screens from Takealot, and as can be seen in the attached photos, one box had already been opened. Further inspection revealed that the wires had been removed from their sealed packing and the screen protector had been damaged, as well as fingermarks and a scratch on the screen. I called PC International to see if I could obtain a replacement as soon as possible because it was a Christmas gift. I spoke with PC International's manager, Sahim, about this issue, and he explained that they test all sales first, but when they were questioned about why only one box was apparently inspected, he became defensive and refused to help me any further, stating that the replacement would be delayed until next year due to my attitude when I caught him lying and attempting to de***** me. DON’T BUY FRO THEM!
