PC International beyond shocking!!!!!
Shocking! I bought a laptop which was supposed to be brand new! When it was delivered, the seal was broken, nevertheless I asked our IT company to look at it! They could not get it to boot up, they updated the BIOS, and there was no OEM! I was told there would not replace it but had to repair it. It was 12 hours old! They refused to replace it!!!! I asked for a refund!! Never ever ever deal with them!

19 Apr 2023, 16:24 Hello Bernice, please see our itemised response that was sent via email earlier today. Please feel free to reach out to me if you require any further clarification. "I have received the call from Ivan, None of the claims that have been made can be found valid by us. In order to prevent any further complications we believe it’s of best interest to both parties that we process a full refund to you and that you purchase the unit from where your technician recommends. Our statements are very clear on the following. 1. Warranties begin from the date of dispatch from manufacturer thus there will always be a discrepancy on the website of the manufacturer. We always however do assist with updating the warranty from your date of purchase with the manufacturer which will reflect in about 4 weeks on the website. Your technician should have known this. 2. Every branded product with windows pre-installed, is supp**** with an OEM version, this notebook has all the preloaded Lenovo apps installed. Again your technician should have known this. 3. If the TPM module is *******. Then this unit will not boot into windows at all as it is a requirement for installation of windows 11. Your technician should have known this. 4. The reason the box was opened is because the unit comes with a 1TB Hard drive standard. We have upgraded it to a 480GB SSD." PC International
