Non compliance with cpa do not support!

I have previously purchased products from this supplier and had a huge fight when I was not allowed to return it due to defect. Today I requested a sd card and was offered a brand I have experienced problems with before. As I am in a desperate hurry I asked if I vould return the product if I had any issues I was told absolutely not. I informed Pete at pc international that this is contrary to the CPA and was informed that if I don't like it he then refuses to sell me the product. I believe pc international are possibly selling grey goods as it was made clear they are unable to return stock to their supplier. Pete also disclosed they buy the cheapest stock they can find. The service is shocking and I warn consumers against purchasing goods as you will not be able to return defective products in contravention to the CPA. This company needs to be reported to the consumer council for non compliance. As a loyal client for many years this supplier will not be receiving any further business from myself and all I got in response was a shrug of a shoulder.
