HALF A JOB FOR A FULL FEE

I purchased a new laptop on Thursday 18/06 and paid to have my hard drive copied to the new machine.<br> <br> I collected the machine on Friday - but, unsurprisingly, they only did half the data transfer.<br> <br> I called to complain to the manager of the service department and to request that they either complete the job or refund half my money.<br> <br> The manager was condescending and insulting to say the least and given his attitude, I told him that I would not purchase from his store again.<br> <br> The man was insufferable and utterly taunting in his contention that I'd be back again!! Apparently, he thinks that they are the only computer store in town!!! And that customer service is for other computer stores only!!<br> <br> I decided just to tell everyone NOT to go there...<br> <br>
