WORST SERVICE EVER AND POOR PRODUCT

I placed an order with PC Henderson. I paid a over priced amount and received the product. To my and my clients disappointment it is a cheap stuff product and not what I ordered. I immediately phoned and he said they will collect it and refund my. That took place in the beginning of August. <br> <br> I do not get any reply from PC Henderson and when I phone he does not answer his phone and when he does he promise to phone me back but never does. I purchased the product from another company for half of the price and much better quality. (I would have paid the same price that PC Henderson charged me if it was this quality).<br> <br> I am very disappointed I have never received such bad service from any other place before. <div><br></div><div><em>(Report edited by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
