PC HelpSoft

On 29 March 2021 I ordered a months subscription for driver updates using my credit card. The updates did not solve my problem and I did not renew my subscription, however on 28 April a further amount was deducted from my card by PC HelpSoft. I have emailed them and was advised that it would take two days to respond. This was on the 30th April. Today is the 5th of May and I still have received no response. This kind of sharp practice should not be tolerated. Or should we say *****?
