PC Direct Changing advertised prices 4 HIGHER one

I called PC Direct on Monday 03/08/2015 looking for Mecer 6000VA ups on line, speaking to guy who's name is Tommy ask whether they have stock of what im looking for, he assures me they do, he tells me that he has to brand name and Mecer being one of them, He gives me Quote of the Mecer Rack Mount ups for R15,600 and Tower for R13,700, i then ask him why is the latter more expensive than advertised on their website which the price is R13299, he ask me to give him the code, i give him the code, then he says no! the website is not updated, i must refresh i will see the price will change, i refresh 3 times the price is still the same, then he tells about an exchange rate, about the rand being weaker to the dollar hence the new price, i asked him what does the exchange rate has to do with product already in the stock, he then tells me no that one is not available, so i then i asked him is the one with higher price different than the one i am seeing, he say no. how on earth do you sell the same product with 2 price points, ask to speak to the manager he says its him, i asked the owner he said what owner. clearly now he dont want to sell this as i have caught him trying to corn me.
