Astek Property

In May last year I pulled up behind a truck on a slip road. He was stopped at the yield sign.<br> He had obviously changed his mind and wanted to continue down the main road.<br> So he proceeded to reverse not knowing I had pulled up behind him. I hooted<br> and tried to reverse, but was too late and the truck reversed directly into me.<br> After speaking to the driver - TD Theledi, who was extremely apologetic, I found out he was from a company called Astek Property. We went to the police station to fill out the accident report (number - 180/05/2014)<br> In the report it states exactly as I have described above and was signed by the driver. In short he admitted fault.<br> Since then, Astek property and Monica Greene from PBI brokers. have refused to pay out for the damages. claiming I drove into the back of the truck. It clearly states on the accident report that they reversed into me. I do not have the money for lawyers and have exhausted all other avenues.
