Bab, bad, bad business

Went in to agent to buy 5 x 175*65 R14 as well as 4 new mags for my Corsa 14i plus. I also needed to replace my a tyre on my mp300. Went into the shop and noticed that there about 4 customers in the shop. (12/08/2020 at about 10:30). Was helped by lady at counter and I started to explain what I needed a man entered the shop and started to speak to this lady. She simply turned her back on me and started a conversation with this man. When I asked her what's happening she just ignored me and said she's now busy with this man . This is bad customer service and I will never recommend anyone there. You lost about a 15 to 18000 rand sale in this uncertain times but if you can afford this loss, good luck.
