claim logged on 27/10/18

a discovery insure client bumped into my business vehicle.the client admitted that she was wrong.this client was represented by pba brokers but insured with discovery insure.the accident happened on 27/10/18.all necessary documents were submitted after the claim but my claim has not been paid out even today.its been three months now.i don't get any feedback. I've been out of business for the past three months because i cant use a damaged vehicle for business.both pba brokers and discovery insure have left me hanging. every time i call them they take me from pillar to post.the last time i call pba brokers they told me they cant get through to the person in charge of my claim.i dont want any feedback anymore,i just want them to pay out my claim so I can fix my car and get back to business
