No Service whatsoever

My Account was Billed an Amount of R1354.32 with Statement Ref: PAYU DIG*** and I submitted an inquiry on the 04th August 2015. From there we exchanged emails as they updated their system (Ticket #: SUP-131656). I provided PAYU with all documents I had from FNB regarding the transaction and they have not resolved my query as to what the transaction is for and why they deducted it from my account.<br> <br> Please assist as I need to understand what going on here. This Non-response and low level of service is unacceptable.
