Refund for TFG order p***

On the 22nd November 2018, I ordered 2 ITEMS from TFG group and paid via PayU EFT amounting to R599. The money went off my account bt the system got stuck. I eventually exited.

I emailed TFG regarding the matter when I saw my order status that it was still waiting payment. I was told they haven't received the payment until the order was cancelled.

I went to my bank and was told the money is with TFG bit needs their finance department to authorise.

I emailed PAYU, they rendered the matter back to TFG so they can give them authority to reverse the money.

I'm still here with no refund.
