Avoid PayU - horrible customer service

PayU as a merchant service operates fine, but the customer service is horrible. If you have any issue with your account and contact customer service, you reach someone in Poland, who in my +/- 7 times attempting to resolve different issues, has either not responded at all or not been able to resolve the issue. If you are a small business owner, save yourself the frustration and AVOID PayU. There are other merchant services that work much better in South Africa, such as Paygate.
