UNAUTHORISED Debit Order Deduction

R99.00 was debited from my account on the 31st October 2015 with reference ROYALCRAFTRCM***. I have never heard of Royal Craft nor have I authorised any such debit order deduction. Please remove this debit order from my account immediately.<br> <br> It is your companies responsibility to verify and authenticate all debit order requests, to ensure that they are valid and legal. So to launch debit orders on Royal Craft's instruction is unacceptable and frankly very suspect of your company.
