Unhelpful Support
Payspace is a terrible payroll system to use! I highly do not recommend the use. When a ticket is opened with support they reply with an unhelpful response and immediately close the ticket.
Employees are still unable to submit their tax returns for the 2021 tax year because Payspace cannot resolve issues with the tax certificate upload to e@syfile. This matter is ongoing since October 2021!!

It is a never ending problem with your guys system. The tax deductions were corrected as mentioned above. However, now I cannot submit the EMP501 on e@syfile as the csv file downloaded from Payspace has missing information regarding ETI on takeon balances. This new rule was created on your system late last year without any thought as to resubmissions for prior years. As it was not a requirement to submit ETI period counts previously, the information is not available and the csv file does not cater for the fact that it was not applicable to the previous period. Now I still cannot resubmit the EMP501 for 2021 and my employees cannot submit their tax returns because of an issue received from Payspaces side. It is a string of ongoing issues relating to the same problem.
