Real disappointment in PaySpace client service!

After numerous attempts to be assisted with a system error on an Egyptian Payroll, I was referred to the Consulting team for assistance, the consulting team made no attempt to understand my query. Eventually I was brushed off by the Consulting team and referred back to the general support number - I am so disappointed in you PaySpace.
