Very Unhappy with PayShap!!!

I'm very disappointed with the PayShap service. I made a payment on the 3/07/2025 just after 8 am from Capitec to FNB ShapID and to this day the funds have not been received.

The receiver has been to their banks a few times and there is no clear answer is to where the money is. It left my account but didnt reach the other side.

Soooo annoyed. Never using this service again.
