too risky to use

All very well having this if it worked. I sent ZAR 350 to my partner and she didnt receive it. Also, I do not get any POPs for it so I have struggled when I did instant payment to another bank and it didn't give me a POP because they didnt believe I had paid. It's too risky to use.
