Missing payment.

I had 2 payments done via Payshap, the recipient said she did not receive it. I checked with the premier banking department was confirmed to be successful was advise to wait 3 days to log a missing payment inquiry. I was asked for my email till today I haven't received a call nor response on mail.... So what happens now?
