Zero service after seller ****s me and PayPal refuse to help me

Zero service or help from PayPal!!! Was ****med for $1000 to pay with PayPal and seller never shipped item leaving me with nothing. Now I only get the runaround and excuses after excuses from PayPal wiith no help at all. Why do I use and pay for this service when people can still ****m you with no protection at all!!!
