Worst service ever!!!!!

I am a single mom and do online marketing for overseas clients and opened a new account with them. Due to them wanting to get to know me and to ensure the client doesn't want a refund after I provided them with the service agreement the client signed they are keeping my funds for 21 days. How am I suppose to pay bills, feed my kids and let alone run a successful business like this. I will never use them again and don't recommend them at all!!!!!!!!
