Worst experience and service

Good day a friend of mine recently registered with pay pal reason being she wanted to sell something she got a buyer that was interested but he stays in Kempton Park and said it will be safe for both the buyer and seller to rather use PayPal long story short he received his product but the money is not reflecting in her account its 400.43 dollars and now PayPal is requesting that she must pay R1500 to get her account credited. No were not even in the terms and conditions state that you must pay money in to get yours released. PayPal is ignoring all the attempts to contact them send numerous emails as well. So be careful they are definitely not so safe to use
