Withholding funds

After speaking to 4 consultants one consultant ASSURED me - take note she used the word ASSURED that my funds will be in my available balance after 7 days of marking the order as processed (which in the previous month was indeed available after 7 days with effort and frustration from my side) my funds for this month was still not available. After speaking to another 2 consultants I was informed that the policy from PayPal has changed and it is now 14 days before the balance will be available promising the funds will be available today (23 March 2016) of which the funds are STILL not available.<br> <br> This is UNACCEPTABLE. I have a wide network of people using PayPal which are also complaining about their inconsistent payments and I will assure that all of them get informed about this. I am sick and tired of people holding back payments without a clear reason and who are not following payment policy stipulated. You mess up people's lives with your lies, inconsistency and unfaithfulness
