Why can't I log into just created account?

Just created my account and cannot log in. Trying to reset password does not work as my Credit Card I put in and the one they want does not match? Mailing them just gets me a rejection e-mail back stating that my account is not a registered account with them so they will not respond. Trying to recreate my account just says that the e-mail I am using is already in use so can't do that. So how do I get into my account and where do I get support apart from phoning which I do not want to do?
