Where is my money paid in cash at money market and send to ***

Will never ever use PayPal. Opened account, received confirmation. Payment made by potential buyer of my bike, confirmed by mail. Requested a cash payment at money market and need to send back proof. This repeated 2 more times = R10500. And no trace of money, nothing in my account! Call center only say there is nothing wrong with my account, but where is my money? Was it a ****?
