VERY UNHAPPY AND ANGRY CUSTOMER RECEIVING NO HELP

Always problems with logging in, then to top it off i change password and it still doesn't allow me in. Needed to contact them as I received an email saying I'd purchased something and that my order was being processed which I never even ordered, don't even know what it is!!!!!
