VERY BAD SERVICE PAYPAL

I am struggling for 8 months to get my money. I did not get a cent. They want me to but $100 in my account. When my account was hacked nothimg was done. They play mind games with me for 8 months. They own me $3800 . They failed me many times before that too. I beyond desupointed. They refuse to pay my money out to my bank account too.
