Useless Support

Got ****med, seller canceled the refund. Opened a case immediately. Paypal closes case because "I already got refunded"... Even though the seller canceled the refund. I didn't receive anything. No phone calls due to Covid. Emailing for months. Every reply is a copy paste automated response.
