Untouchable, uncontactable, dysfunctional,cumbersome, USELESS to say the least

My Letter to the ONLY 'email address' I could find, with NO or little hope of response) to Paypal Right guys, you (s)****ed the business Here are the reasons: 1) Paypal is untouchable, literally! Try and find ANY email address to ASK anybody ANYTHING 2) Ya Right you are bulletproof, why? I tried to purchase Coolmuster backup program for androids, because I could NOT remember whether I had a Paypal account or not (I am 62, and my last purchase through Paypal was 2008) NOW, I did the routine OUTSIDE the account thing ie: I PAID through PAYPAL option without logging in, Paypal said thank you for your money (I checked, you did take my money for your service), and with a message that said it would ONLY take a minute or three for the transaction to be verified….. another FOUR hours passed with NO email of my purchase, was it done? Yes, no? then I was worried , maybe I should have signed on, so trying to register, I was told I DO have an account!! And here comes the SMART PART!! 3) Like I mentioned, I am 62 years of age and doubt VERY much if this letter is going to be forwarded to your management, if not, I wil work it through the electronic media telling me story!!!! So lets tell!!! I tried my email address, that is known to Paypal, 4) PASSWORD????? You have got a really smart way of identifying anyway, pick the car pics, pic the road pics, and after all the fancy ‘ I am not a robot’ etc, here are your jackpot questions…to verify final security what was your childhood best friends name and what was your first pet’s name……. can ANYONE of you rember what you did 9 years ago? I am 62! I cant even remember did I actually put anything IN there!!! 5) After MANY attempts, Paypal decided to PHONE me, on a number that was still working 9 years ago, it is still there but the instrument was destroyed by lightning, so Paypal call me on a dead line! 6) How do I change my phone number on my account, so Paypal can confirm I am who the suspect I am to enable login? LOG IN OF COURSE!!! 7) How do I formally complain about your dysfunctional system? LOG IN OF COURSE!!! 8) How do I trace my transactions? LOG IN OF COURSE!!! What was I thinking 9) How do I change my password? LOG IN OF COURSE!!!! Yep 10) How do I correspond with Paypal about the PROBLEM of not being able to log in? LOG IN OF COURSE, ja right 11) How do I connect with a HUMAN BEING in South Africa? LOG IN OF COURSE!!! 12) How do I get hold of ANY email support?
