Unresolved Payments to PayPal*lightinthebox

On 16 September 2020 I paid for two orders via my FNB bank account. PayPal *lightinthebox were paid R1803,46 and R497,47 as per proof on bank statement. I was never issued with order or transaction numbers. On 16/09/20 a brief message appeared for a split second stating that they experiencing technical difficulties. On 17/09/20 I emailed lightinthebox and PayPal with no results to date. I also lodged a dispute with my bank. No results. I communicated almost daily with all parties without resolutions. PayPal eventually claims to have the R497,47 as there was a mixed or double order. They told me to keep my card issuer accountable for the R1803,46. I informed FNB no response. Please help.
