****ty service from Paypal - Beware!

A massive amount was just ****** from my Paypal account - purchases made from eBay. When trying to lodge a claim for a reversal, I had to go through their website.

I have never been so disgusted with a website before. There is just no place to lodge a claim for a reversal. I tried to get to talk to an agent via their chat function and received a message back that I'll have to check back after several hours? Is this because their platform is so unsafe that they have hundreds of claims to work through, or is it because they only work during American business hours - this being a platform that is used globally.

Do not do business with these people!
