Never in my life have I seen a query resolved like this ! I reported a possible ********** transaction, and the next morning I received an email informing me that the ticket has been closed, hopefully to my satisfaction (??) I was contacted at all. I re-opened the ticket, rated the service as poor and never received any further feedback.
