Theft of PayPal finds

After having my account suspended for an unknown transgression in July 2021, it has now taken more than 8 months and I have still not been able to withdraw my PayPal funds. My funds were placed on hold for 180 days in July 2021 after which I was meant to be able to withdraw the funds that are still in my PayPal account. I should have had access to my funds in December 2021. During the months of July / August 2022, I have been in telephonic contact directly with PayPal who have escalated this matter since the 3rd of August already, All required document were submitted and I was advised it would take between 3 to 5 working days. Well it is now already 3 weeks and still no joy even after weekly calls are being made to PayPal. This is ******* retention of funds which amount to THEFT.
