The **** called PayPal

The whole reason behind using PayPal is so that one can have the comfort of buyers protection. What a myth with PayPal, their communication is below average all you get is your case is under review, no explanation or request of documents that might help this review its almost as though they want to drag their cases till you forget that you filed a dispute. How is a case for a refund declined when a mail to cancel the order was sent to the supplier within 10min of the order being made. 10weeks later and no product in sight yet claim is denied. I'm livid and will be filing another dispute
