Test charges not refunded

<p>I opened an account with Paypal.</p> <p>Since functionality is limited in South Africa,I decided to add/link my Bank Account to Paypal.This was to enable me to transact on an international platform.</p> <p>Paypall debited two amounts of which they refer to as test charges on my account on the secondth of July.When I made an enquiry about the refund because the amounts have not been credited,I was told to wait 20Working Business Days.These were due on the secondth of August...It now is the Seventh and the amounts have not been credited to my account.</p> <p>I was given codes which I had to take to the Bank to clear the funds,but Standard Bank say that Paypal has to authorise and credit my account back.</p>
