Terrible support and service at PayPal

This was the worst decision I have made. I registered with them and out of the blue PayPal decided to limit my account stating: "Please note that, due to strict security protocols, we do not have access to the exact reasons behind the limitation." They also refuse to CLOSE my account and remove my personal details off their database by stating: "Regarding your account status, since it has been permanently limited, all actions are now restricted. This means we are unable to close the account or delete any associated information."

Do not open a PayPal account.
