TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM PAYPAL

Towards the end of last year (2019) I received a message from PayPal that they needed to verify me (this is although I had been transacting via them for some time). I did what was required: ID, proof of address. Since then I simply cannot get past their request - and they have my money!
